Production support to action-drama Kills on Wheels

 
HUF 285 million film production support has been awarded by the Hungarian National Film Fund to Attila Till's second feature film, Kills on Wheels (Tiszta szívvel) by the Hungarian National Film Fund.

Kills on Wheels is produced by Judit Stalter (Laokoon Filmgroup), principal photography begins end of summer, expected completion is set for 2015 spring.
Kills on Wheels is the story about a crippled young man fueling his life by joining a gang of hitmen in wheelchairs working for the mafia. Kill by kill this action-drama challenges the border between reality and imagination in a boys search for friendship, for his roots and for meaning in life.
The film stars wheelchair-bound marathon runner champion Zoltán Fenyvesi alongside professional actor Szabolcs Thuróczy and actress Mónika Balsai.

Writer-director Attila Till graduated from the Hungarian University of Fine Arts in the intermedia department. His first feature film PÁNIK (Panic) premiered in 2008 at the Hungarian Film Week where it won the Best Actress Award and screened at various international festivals.
His first short film, CSICSKA (Beast), is based on extended research and inspired by newspaper articles, and television news on the theme of modern-day slavery. CSICSKA (Beast) was premiered at Cannes Directors’ Fortnight and winning Tampere Film Festival it was nominated for the European Film Academy Short Film Award in 2012.
Aside from his film work, he is one of the most recognized TV personalities in Hungary. In recent years, he has helped create numerous innovative cultural programmes as well as hosting high-profile TV shows.
