Practical information
Dear readers!
The library will be closed from 25 May 2021 due to building renovation and refurbishment. We are still waiting for your questions and requests at konyvtar@nfi.hu.
Thank you for your understanding!
Use of the library
The library is open to the public and can be visited with a valid reader’s pass or day ticket. Enrolled readers can use library services in the Archives and reprographic services. We are at the disposal of non-registered users through inter-library loans.
To enrol, you must present a personal ID card. The reading room has all the major manuals, lexicons, latest editions of periodicals, and our card and computer catalogue. This is also where the FIAF International Index to Film Periodicals database (for searches of articles in foreign periodicals dating from 1972 onwards) can be accessed. The stock is located in the air-conditioned basement storeroom.
