Festival International du Film de La Rochelle

Since 1973, throughout 10 days of festival, the La Rochelle International Film Festival presents 5 films a day in each of the 6 theatres situated within easy reach of one another around the Old Port of the city.
The Festival programs about 150 fiction feature films, from all over the world. It is a non competitive Festival.

Tributes to various directors or actors who passed away and who have been unjustly forgotten.
Retrospective celebrations of the work of 6 or 7 filmmakers or actors invited to La Rochelle.
"The World As It Is" is a selection of new films from all over the world which have never been shown in France.
