Aarhus Festival of Independent Arts (AFIA), is a new International festival for independent filmmakers and media artists focusing on artworks that appreciate the artistic value more than the commercial aspects.

AFIA is dedicated to the purpose of showcasing the most progressive and uncompromising works from independent artists from all around the world, those whose productions demonstrate quality, innovation, and independence, in form and content.
